Ian, did you read my message here about a third important case?
I entirely agree with Dave Singer; snapshots should contain links.

What is this leitmotiv about lawyers and governments, as if they
were useless and mentioning them was immediately pejorative?

Ian, please do change the title. Please. It is just insulting hundreds
of thousands of people. It you don't care about what image is attached
to your actions, please care about Web Standards. And please add a link
to the most recent version as Dave asked. This is a perfectly valid
request.
