I am pleased to be able to announce that the W3C have today published

Mathematical Markup Language (MathML) Version 3.0 2nd Edition

and

XML Entity Definitions for Characters (2nd Edition)

at

http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML3/

and

http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-entity-names/

Thanks to everyone who made comments on the previous editions and the 
drafts of these second editions.
