The HTML WG chairs undertook a review of the Decision Policy[1] with the intent of identifying which portions needed updating, and which were no longer necessary. The outcome of this effort turned out to be an entirely new document based on the WebApps WorkMode[2] wiki page: https://www.w3.org/wiki/HTML/wg/WorkMode While this is only a draft at this point, the chairs feel that this effort has the promise of more accurately describes how the Working Group is -- and should be -- operating. We welcome feedback on this list, and plan to discuss this at the F2F next week.
