What you are asking for here is rather like asking about human conversation, how to make sure that people do not lie when they speak to you, or else if they do, what to do about it. And there is no way to ensure this, because people are free to say things that are false, or that other people disagree with. Similarly with RDF. This is really a consequence of the fact that the Web is open, and nothing particularly to do with RDF as such. As to what to do about it, that is up to you (or maybe to your code).
