Dear Workgroup, http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-service-description/#example defines a prefix/namespace for the scovo ontology. The Scovo vocabulary is deprecated and is not used in the examples. Removing the prefix namespace declaration does not change the technical impact of the normative example. Just reduces a minor source of confusion.
