Belated regrets re Teleconference 28 November 2012

Belated apologies for missing the call - I really don't know where my
brain went today, I confused my diary reminders for two different calls.
I'm suspecting before the end of this work we may have an Alzheimers
patient in the group (me) to practise implementations on ;-) :-).

Action items noted and responses planned.
Apologies for this noise but good manners are important for me.
