Re: XPath Version

Thanks Shaun, that's a good point and not one we've discussed yet, but 
it will definitely be an issue when we get into the guts of the 
implementation specific for data categories. I made a note in the 
ITS1.0  requirement document 
(http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/Requirements#Support_ITS_1.0_Data_Categories)  
and also raised this as an issue so we can track it.
