Re: PROV-ISSUE-274 (wd4-feedback): feedback on WD4 [prov-dm]

Sorry for no sooner reply, but I;ve been rather snowed under this week.

One copmment I made in [1] was "I think several of my previous comments
about identifiers attributes and qualified names still apply."  That comment was 
made hurriedly, so I did go back and look at this again, but wasn't able to 
substantiate it.  I suggest to ignore that comment for now.

There was another comment I made in follow-up discussion to the effect that I 
think a 2-way rather than 3-way split for DM would be appropriate, by including 
the syntax notation definition in the core document, maybe as an appendix.  In 
email discussion [2,3,4], I understood this to be an editorial discretion, but I 
notice the minutes from last week are quite specific about the 3-way split.
