Official Response to ISSUE-127 from RDF Web Apps WG

Hi Ivan,

Thank you for your public feedback on the RDFa 1.1 documents. This is an
official response from the RDF Web Apps WG to your Last Call issue
before we enter the Candidate Recommendation phase for the RDFa 1.1
specifications.

Your issue was tracked here:

https://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/track/issues/127

Explanation of Issue
--------------------

You were concerned that using @inlist would generate a triple for a list
even if that list contained no items. You had asked the RDF Web Apps
WG to consider what should happen when a list is specified, but no
triples for that list were generated. Your full query can be found here:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa-wg/2012Feb/0011.html

Working Group Decision
----------------------

During the discussion, you withdrew your concern and noted that you
believe that the current behavior in the specification is correct. The
Working Group agreed:

RESOLVED: There is no issue, the specification is correct, @inlist
specified w/o any content still generates an empty list. (non-substantive)

There were no substantive changes made as a result of this issue.

Feedback
--------

Since this is an official Working Group response to your issue, we would
appreciate it if you responded to this e-mail and let us know if the
decision made by the group is acceptable to you as soon as possible.
