ACTION-261 - what to do to proceed to Rec

I've investigated this further....

Actually, not really. The answer dropped in my inbox.

Yves simply responded to my email asking, in effect - "shall I proceed 
with the Recommendation process?"

So, we don't actually need to do anything more, since we received no 
requests to change the spec with our Call for Review.

So all we need to do is just agree to proceed.

Perhaps we can do that tomorrow?
