    rubys: I did ping hixie, he seems to be aware of the two bugs, but
    doesn't seem to be processing P1 bugs expeditiously

    paulc: as previously mentioned, the chairs decided to issue a call
    for proposals for this one. Due November 4th

New Surveys this week

    ... the chairs have started a worklist of change proposals to be
    reviewed by the chairs
    ... if there are particular issues that people would like to be put
    to the front of the queue, please let us know

    janina: my guess is that we will get 2 or 3 from the a11y TF

    paulc: none (as there haven't been any surveys)

Other Business

    Revert request for r6610, and moving forward on ISSUE-129

    paulc: I believe that change has been reverted
    ... there is a second request that came in overnight, and the chairs
    are actively discussing that item by email. You should see a
    response in 48 hours.
    ... HTML WG F2F and Technical Plenary registration
    ... same place as last year, the two key dates; the daily per diem
    fee goes up on the 14th and there is a hotel block that is set to
    expire
    ... last time I checked, we had about 30-40 each of WG members and
    observers
    ... traditionally, we have run these meetings in an unconference
    style
