Re: XML Data Islands

Hello,

I tried to use XML Data Islands for storing XForms instances in 
XSLTForms. It worked not only with IE but also with FireFox 
(https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Using_XML_Data_Islands_in_Mozilla). 
Sorry, I don't remember about Chrome or Opera... but I don't think there 
was a problem either.

But the caveats were :

    * namespace uri lost
    * names forced to uppercase

Performance wasn't better than with independent XML documents so I 
abandoned XML Data Islands...
