ACTION-457: Coordinating with HTML WG on status of their extensibility proposals from Noah Mendelsohn on 2010-09-14 (www-tag@w3.org from September 2010)

Over the summer, I took TAG ACTION-457 with the description:

"Respond to Paul Cotton indicating TAG awareness that all current proposals 
have advocates, and will therefore not be dropped."

Shortly thereafter, I sent to HTML WG chair Paul Cotton [1] a note that I 
believe discharged my action.  The action has been pending review for some 
time, and I believe it should have been closed.  I am therefore closing it 
now, but if any TAG members object or believe that it requires further 
discussion, I can reopen it.

Note that the action was only to make the one-time contact with the HTML WG 
chair;  it was not to fully resolve the question of the TAG's position on 
extensibility in HTML.  Thank you.
