RDFa WG telecon minutes for 2010-05-13

NOTE: RDFa WG Members - there were a number of resolutions today
concerning backwards-incompatible changes. If any WG member disagrees
with the resolutions that were made on the call, you MUST note your
objection to the resolution via the mailing list. If we have enough
objections within one week, we will re-open the issues. If not, the
ISSUES will be closed and we will move on.

Resolutions
 1. For prefixes defined via xmlns: and @prefix, the prefix text should
    be converted to lowercase by the RDFa Processor.
 2. By default RDFa 1.1 should generate Plain Literals even when there
    are elements in a subtree, unless datatype="rdf:XMLLiteral" is
    specified.
 3. RDFa Core 1.1 defers to the Host Language to determine the language
    of the node.
 4. When both lang and xml:lang are specified on the same element, they
    MUST have the same value.
