Re: [for review] updated wrapper pages

Hello,

Ref: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/demos/bad/draft/2009/>

As per our discussions today, I've re-updated the wrapper pages. The
main changes are:

#1. removed all barriers/features description pages, as these have been
superseded by the annotations (also removed link in the sample pages).

#2. replaced the tabs-navigation in the meta-pages with a screen-shot
and a link to the associated sample-page (still needs better styling).

#3. added a tag-line beneath the <h1> in all wrapper pages to help
identify pages that are part of the Demo.

#4. resorted the hierarchy in the "Demo Contents" area on the overview
page (but kept the compact format for the left navigation bar).

Best,
   Shadi
