To recap: I'm the one who originally suggested it should be closed, on  
the basis that there was in fact a media type registration. At that  
point, several people brought up issues with HTML5, where they felt  
certain elements and attributes from prior versions were  
insufficiently defined. Roy raised the objetion that <a name> was not  
sufficiently defined, and identified a few specific points, which I  
believe have now been addressed in the spec.

Roy, if you have further objections to the sufficiency of the <a name>  
definition, please let us know. Or if you object to a lack of  
definition for anything else.

If there is an objection to the spec defining things in terms of the  
DOM as an abstract model, though, I think that probably goes beyond  
the scope of the media type registration issue. If anyone considers  
this a showstopper, please raise it separately.
