In that case, to help new UA developers to support existing content, I 
believe it would be good for the spec to mention the MIME types 
"text/javascript1.(1|2|3)" in the (non-normative) "Scripting languages" 
section's list of types (which currently has just text/javascript and 
text/javascript;e4x=1).
