Just a thought in regards to the title discussion....some W3C TR docs I've seen have sub titles. For example... http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/ Understanding WCAG 2.0 A guide to understanding and implementing WCAG 2.0 Maybe to address the concerns of clarity with the title of HTML 5 it could have a subtitle. It'd be... The spec covers many conformance classes besides browsers, including documents, editors, validators, and non-browser implementations. If you wanted to call it "HTML Syntax, Semantics and Behavior for Browsers, Documents, Editors, Validators, and Other Implementations 5", then that would be accurate but I think pretty long-winded.
