Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html appendix A.4.11 apparently fails to comply with the requirement defined later in the section in the definition of lengthComputable If false the total number of bytes (total) cannot be computed and the value of total should be ignored. It seems it assumes lengthComputable is true which is unwarrented most of the time.
