Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  In http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html
section 5.1.2 the second example is described as "The second example is
scalable, and has a viewBox rather than a width and height." That's not
the case, the example does have height and width attributes. Please
change the draft to be consistent about this example.
