Minutes:

1) Roll call

2.) routine business

* Dublin Logistics (Patrick)

PC is working on hotels, logistics. Will publish info and maps soon.

3.) Draft answer reviews

Karl reminded everyone to complete their draft answers by the end of day
today (AI).

4.) Disposition of Comments Draft [1]

Karl empasized the importance of the Disposition of Comments document.
(It shows that we have followed the W3C process, and have responded to
all comments.)

We have almost all our draft answers now. KD will update the document as
necessary and prepare it for the Transition Call.

5.) Sending Answers to Commenters.

KD volunteered to send out all of the comment response messages (AI). We
agreed
that two weeks for responses should be sufficient.

6.) Next: PR Transition Call plan.

  * Who's on the call?
  * Date? May 18?
  * Karl (QA Chair)
  * Dom (QA Domain Leader)

We expect to go to Transition Call two weeks from now (around May 18).
We are skipping
Candidate Recommendation phase, since we've done that once (and had to
revert to Working
Draft). KD is hopeful that this time things will go well since we have
had good reviews, and
can demonstrate that the style of the document has changed significantly
since the last
CR phase. Consequently, we hope that we can complete the Transition Call
phase within
two-four weeks, and may be done by June.

7.) SpecGL Implementation Report [2] or [3]

The implementation report needs a little work, but hopefully DD can
complete this in time.

8.) Other business

KD and DM discussed additional work needed on Variability in Spec
document (on discretionary items).
KD to email DM re outstanding issues.

PC reported on Test FAQ status. Final editorial review is in progress -
hope to complete this week.
