RE: WCAG-ISSUE-20 (David): JAWS and NVDA now read the link text AND the title contents by default [HTML & ARIA Techniques TF]

In my tests, JAWS and NVDA only announced the @title as the accessible
description when tabbing to the links.  It is not announced when arrowing
to them, pressing, u, in say all, or when insert+f7 is pressed in IE or
FF.  So, given the limited support I think we should leave the comment in
but explain the current support level.

Yes, you are right. That is what is happening. So I think we can delete
that line in H33 now.
