RE: [CSSWG] Minutes and Resolutions 2011-10-12

One precision:
Regarding the CSSOM discussion, we did resolve to base the CSSRule types in CSSOM on 
http://wiki.csswg.org/spec/cssom-constants pending the design of a more stable 
string-based API. We agreed to include css-device-adapt (@viewport) in the current 
constant table.
