Soap directions: RPC, attachments, etc.

A couple of questions about where the XKMS schema is headed.

Since the WSDL says literal encoding, can someone explain the difference
between that and Immediate format? Just the lack of SOAP wrapper
elements? If so, can we just delete that?

Is there interest in an rpc-style form of the service?

The spec uses ds:CryptoBinary in a few places (e.g., an IV in Appendix
A3). Most of those -- all that don't deal with keys -- should be
xsd:hexBinary, no?

Any feelings on soap with attachments?
