I'm planning to send another wave (selected from the remaining issues  
from 46 on) by this Thursday. I'll suggest issues to be closed by the  
27th if no one objects, to allow a period between two conference calls.

After we go through all the issues that seem uncontroversial, I will  
bring up issues where no one seems to be actively working on it, to  
see if anyone volunteers for an action.
