Draft minutes 3 March 2016 and Action summary

Attached are draft minutes from today's DAP teleconference, 3 March 2016. Thanks to Dom for scribing.

As a reminder, Dom will chair the next call on 17 March and the 31 March call is canceled.

Actions include 

* Anssi preparing a Battery PR Draft, 

* Frederick make Battery transition request, 

* Tobie preparing Generic Sensor API draft for group to review and to publish as updated WD, 

* Tobie to prepare draft of Ambient Light based on Generic Sensor API, 

* Andrey to review Wake Lock API with respect to security and privacy questionnaire and propose any changes, 

* Lucasz to propose additional Vibration API security and privacy considerations text, 

* Anssi to prepare updated Editors draft of Vibration API incorporating errata and adding security and privacy considerations section.
