ISSUE-119 rel-repetition questions the special meaning for repeated instances of the "up" relation. However, per the recent WG decision on issue 118, the "up" relation will be removed from HTML5. This renders ISSUE-119 moot. Therefore, we would like to check for consensus on closing ISSUE-119 by amicable resolution. If you have any objections to closing ISSUE-119, please respond by Monday, March 7th.
