CfC: transition HTML Media Capture to Proposed Recommendation, deadline 7 Nov

Hi All,

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to request a transition of the HTML Media Capture [1] to Proposed Recommendation (PR) and publish the PR once transition is approved.

No substantive changes have been made to the HTML Media Capture since the W3C Candidate Recommendation 31 August 2017.

The CR exit criterion of two interoperable deployed implementations of each feature is satisfied by Safari for iOS and Chrome for Android implementations as demonstrated by the test results [2].

No features are marked as 'at-risk'.

If you have any questions or concerns about this CfC please respond by next week, 7 Nov.

Please note that a request to advance to Proposed Recommendation (PR) means that the group believes the specification is stable and appropriate for advancement to Recommendation status.

Thanks,

-Anssi (Device and Sensors WG Chair)
