No, your intention is to go to CNN.  You could read news anywhere.
You choose to get your news from CNN, presumably because you know or
like CNN (in this hypothetical example), and part of CNN is the way in
which they present information to you and improve that presentation
over time.  Hence, you intentionally requested the service that CNN
provides and part of that service is enabled via analytics.

In any case, "intentionally" is an adverb on "requested by the user",
not an adjective on the service.  If you have a suggestion on how
to reorder the sentence to make that clearer, please let me know.
