These are all legal and have nothing to do with RDFa. (Some of these may also disappear from the HTML5 document.) Formally, his comments are not relevant to that document which is not produced by the RDFa WG. I also presume that Many will have a new round of editing on that document when we are ready with ours. For example (thanks to your push...) @xmlns has been really 'hidden' in the RDFa 1.1 Core so I would expect that to be really really hidden in the HTML5 document, too. I would even go as far as saying that the HTML5 version of RDFa disallows @xmlns altogether in the non-XML serialization. We may want to discuss that but, as I said, I am not sure that would yield any problem and may take that thorny issue away...
