Last call announcement: CSS Image Values and Replaced Content Module Level 3 (css3-images)

Hello SVG WG, HTML WG, Media Fragments WG and chairs,

The CSS WG decided to issue a last call for css3-images. The current
plan is to publish a new WD tomorrow (or as soon as the webmaster has
time) and accept comments until February 17.

Could the SVG WG, HTML WG and Media Fragments WG let us know if they
will be sending comments?

Is there any other WG that plans to send comments?

Also, please let us know as soon as possible if the deadline of February
17 is too soon.

About the document:

Title: CSS Image Values and Replaced Content Module Level 3
    Temporary URL: http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-images/
    Final URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-images/

    Abstract:
CSS is a language for describing the rendering of structured
documents (such as HTML and XML) on screen, on paper, in speech,
etc. This module contains the features of CSS level 3 relating to
the <image> type and replaced elements. It includes and extends the
functionality of CSS level 2, which builds on CSS level 1. The main
extensions compared to level 2 are the generalization of the <url>
type to the <image> type, several additions to the ‘<image>’ type, a
generic sizing algorithm for images and other replaced content in
CSS, and several properties controlling the interaction of replaced
    elements and CSS's layout models.

We'd like to ask the Media Fragments WG to look especially at section 3.
