I think tests 3 and 4 (out of the 5) in
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/xhtml1/bidi-breaking-002.xht
are probably invalid, since section 16.6 lists the possible
representations of newlines in text to be formatted in CSS, and LS
and PS are not among them.

If they need to be among them, then 16.6.1 also needs significant
revision.
