The link to the URI specification in Appendix A is invalid.  It links to http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-merrick-jms-uri-05.txt 

Proposal: 

Update the link to point to the latest specification:  http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-merrick-jms-uri-06 (or as this version of the draft specification has expired we may wish to defer this issue until we have uploaded a newer URI specification)
