We propose to make an editorial change to the SKOS Reference, adding a
note to section 9.6 along the lines of:

""" Note that no range is stated for the property
skos:member. I.e. the range is effectively the class of all resources
(rdfs:Resource). The decision not to state any range has been made to
provide some flexibility, enabling extensions to SKOS to define new
classes of resource but still use skos:Collection and skos:member to
arrange them in labeled and/or ordered groups. """

Would this be acceptable?

Kind regards,

Alistair
Sean
