Re: Proposal to close 11 issues; paging von Niman and Yonaitis

For the record, the minutes of today's meeting will show that the
group agreed to the disposal issues that was suggested in this
message, given the absence of any further input.

Specifically:

- ISSUE-78 will be reassigned to the rec-track deliverables

- ISSUE-82 is rejected since it proposes reopening prior discussions
  without providing any new information

- The following issues are closed without changes to the Note:

  ISSUE-79: Understandability of security settings
  ISSUE-80: Non-visual (multiomodal) presentation
  ISSUE-81: Mobile Web in Scope
  ISSUE-84: User/consumer education
  ISSUE-86: Accessibility
ISSUE-88: Recommend the use of information architecture and
  ISSUE-89: Multimodality of indicators
  ISSUE-93: Multi-platform compatibility
  ISSUE-94: More f-looking and future-proof?

I've adjusted the state of these issues in tracker accordingly.

Regards,
