isIRI:

11.2.3.2 sop:isIRI

 xsd:boolean   isIRI (Rterm term)
 xsd:boolean   isURI (Rterm term)

  Returns true if term is an IRI. Returns false otherwise. isURI is an
  alternate spelling for the isIRI operator.
