Yes, I see it now. In my printout and on screen it was hard to see the difference.  So never mind.

This does remind me of another comment I forgot to make:

Why is the typeface size used for the productions so small?  (considerably smaller than the code examples).  I'd suggest making it roughly the same as the rest of the text, for readability/accessibility.
