Yep, and as we ignorant users keep on using software to kill off cookies, find and destroy software that 'tracks our habits' for the benefits of firms who sell that information to people with whom we ourselves have no contracts and barely are aware exist or are deliberately hidden from our view, these simple designs that enabled all of that and more to the point that some now wish desperately to disconnect, opt out, kill the smarmy beast, yes, we know it was all for the sake of simplicity so the codeheads whose brave, valiant fearless efforts to make the world safer for stealing (ooops... sharing) photos, songs, code, and cold pizza could maybe get just a little more egoboo. I can stand the design lectures, but Dan, take the credit and accept the blame. In a much shorter time than even I thought possible, they will be burning Tim in effigy now that governments have found it neccessary to create entire organizations dedicated to online warfare. Unlimited feedback systems cause collapse.
