Comments on EXI Profile - 31 July 2012

Dear all,

Please find attached a set of comments on the EXI Profile. While I agree
on the need of EXI profile targeted at resource constrained devices I
nevertheless find the current version of the profile coming short on
that.

I'll be happy to discuss the issues raised herein.
