progress on logic terminology for httpSemantics discussions

I made some progress on this action yesterday.

If you *already know* logic and model theory fairly
well (e.g. Henry), you're welcome to look at
the presentation linked in the notes of that
action and help me out with it; from early
reviews, I gather that the context-setting
could use some work.

If you *don't*, I'd rather you didn't look yet.
You can only take one first look at something,
and I'd rather you didn't use it up yet.

I'd rather we went through it together.
