SEC interactive data

I just spotted this via ongoing:

"Interactive data pinpoints all of the facts and figures trapped in
these dense documents, allowing investors to immediately pull out
exactly the information they want, and instantly compare it to the
results of other companies, performance in past years, industry averages
— however the investor wishes to slice and dice the data.

Two dozen companies, representing more than $1 trillion of market value,
have joined the SEC's test group and have agreed to voluntarily submit
their annual, quarterly and other reports with interactive data for a
period of one year."

Sounds like a job for GRDDL, maybe.

Anybody know anything more about it?
