SAWSDL RDF mapping section draft

Hi Eric, 
attached is a short HTML file with the SAWSDL RDF mapping section. It
turns out that we can only map model references on interfaces and
operations because the WSDL RDF mapping happily ignores type definitions
and element declarations.

It looks seriously trivial, and there are limitations that are described
in an ednote. Hopefully it makes sense. 8-)
