Future of the QA WG

Hello,

As promised, I presented our plan to W3C management Team on the future
of the WG, following up on our discussion during the F2F
http://www.w3.org/QA/2004/06/f2f-minutes#QAWG-future

Basically, they agreed to leave us until October to continue and benefit
from the current momentum we have; by then, unless we have recruited a
significant number of new Members, or unless we show a lot of support
from other Working Groups to continue our work, the Working Group will
close.

I'm unsure if this should affect our decision to meet late October,
given this would likely be our last week of existence; also, this means
that we must put all our energy to move the documents forward as far as
possible, and possibly getting other Working Groups involved with them
as soon as possible - although the summer season won't make that easy.
