Are we talking about setting usability standards for changes that  
will be introduced as a result of our recommendations that don't give  
implementation details?

After Austin, what I have in mind would be setting usability  
evaluation standards for however Page Security Score ends up being  
implemented or something similar to that ...


I want to make sure I understand what this issues about before I  
comment on it :)
