Re: ISSUE-130: Web-wide exceptions - iare there objections to permitting those?

I share Jason's concern about the potential impact of this particular provision on third parties and other online businesses (particularly smaller entities and organizations) and request additional time to review the language and consider the practical implications of the proposed text for all stakeholders in the online advertising ecosystem.

We still have questions and serious concerns about how this proposed language will impact third parties in the online advertising ecosystem. There are a number of specific issues that still need to be clarified and we respectfully suggest that further thought is necessary on how this may work in practice. Since the stated goal here is a standard that can be implemented and voluntarily adopted by a significant part of industry, we must thoroughly review the potential impact of this language on all parities in the ecosystem, including third parties, before this issue is closed.
