Hi David,

The "G" response was suggested by Roy during the call on 5th November (see minutes: http://www.w3.org/2014/11/05-dnt-minutes). During the call most people agreed that it could be a good solution. I believe that ad-exchange is the most common use case Issue 262 is meant to address.

Roy will probably have more details about his idea.
