XHTML Basic DTD

When I validate an XHTML Basic document using the dtd mentioned below
(xhtml-basic10-f.dtd)
the XML parser complains that it cannot locate xhtml11-arch.dtd.

Does anyone know where I can find this dtd? (A search on the w3.org site
produced no hits)

Or am I missing something?!
