Bjoern, Regarding your issue 971 [1]. After considering your request to split section 2, the group sympathized with your view, but decided that the net gain versus the work involved would not bring any benefit. Therefore at its meeting on 12th April 2005, the WG agreed to close this with no action. Please let the Working Group know if the resolution to this issue [1] is acceptable or not as soon as possible. Martin.
