Specifying Target Audience for Annotation (Or Part)

- A publisher wishes to provide either multiple annotations or multiple bodies/comments with each being intended for a particular, defined audience. This would allow appropriate annotations to be presented based on any information known about the user, such as age, reading ability, accessibility requirements and so forth.
