			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The WebID Group has been working hard in the past year on developing  <a href="http://webid.info/spec/" rel="external nofollow">The WebID Authentication</a> spec, which has developed through feedback from the numerous implementations in close to every programming language.</p>
<p>Joining should be a very easy three step process:</p>
<ul>
<li>Get a W3C account</li>
<li>join the group and sign the light Intellectual Property agreement</li>
<li>Wait for the response and join the discussion</li>
</ul>

<p>When you join you will be added to the  <a href="http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xg-webid/" rel="external nofollow">public-xg-webid</a> mailing list and the <a href="http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webid/" rel="external nofollow">public-webid</a> one, and you will be able to edit the wiki, and more&#8230;</p>
